Mother Nurture Yoga is Sydney’s leading Pregnancy Yoga School, with studios in 8 locations around Sydney. We believe that all women deserve an enjoyable pregnancy and an empowering birth experience. We are passionate about sharing the pregnancy yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques that will enable you to have a rewarding pregnancy, labour and birth.

We provide a safe, nurturing environment in which to stretch, relax, strengthen and prepare for labour and birth. Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to alleviate the common pregnancy aches and pains and are suitable for all trimesters and levels of experience.

We also offer Mums & Bubs classes and Couples Birth Preparation Workshops.

The photo session will be with the amazingly talented Renee Wood of Sweet Emotions Photography – a natural light photographer based in Sydney’s Hills District. The location for newborn shoots is at her studio in North Kellyville. Maternity shoots can either be done in-studio or at a location of your choice anywhere within one hour of the studio. You will receive a free session (valued at $150), which covers the photo shoot. Packages and prints are sold separately.
