Operating a mobile service in and around Corlette she can come to your home, meet you outdoors, or has a small home gym for those rainy or too-hot-to-train-outdoors days. Rachel has extensive experience with people of all ages, fitness levels and health goals. She can look after you at every stage of life as she has specialist qualifications in pregnancy exercise and postnatal rehab and recovery. She also has many years of nanny and working with children experience which comes in handy for mums and bubs or family fitness sessions. She can actually look after the whole family, including elderly parents and grandparents as she has extensive experience with clients up to 90 years old - and their various health conditions. Rachel is known for her positive energy and ability to connect with clients, providing exactly what they need on any given day, because mental and physical wellbeing fluctuates depending on what is going on in life. She believes in keeping exercise varied to prevent boredom and plateauing. Rachel offers so many options to help get - and keep you active, be it for safe exercise throughout pregnancy, recovery and getting back into exercise post birth, or stepping it back up as a busy parents who want to keep fit and strong. She loves teaching boxing for a fun cardio session, her strength workouts comprise dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, bands, fitballs and water (aqua aerobics) and she can also include Pilates, Yoga and stretching for the ultimate mind and body workout.
