Description

Kangatraining is a multi-award winning activity for mums and babies. Designed in conjunction with women's health physiotherapists and babywearing professionals you will exercise with your baby in a way that is safe and fun, while building strength and fitness.

Your baby will love being close to you as you have fun dancing and exercising. Those oxytocin inducing baby snuggles help elevate your mood and promote bonding between you and your baby. Babies love the rhythm and music and often sleep through a whole class so don't be put off if class is at babies nap time!

While a babycarrier is needed for class don't be put off if you don't have a suitable carrier of your own. I always have spare carriers available for use during class. Please be aware too that due to the more energetic nature of kangatraining compared to regular babywearing we do have a few extra boxes to tick to ensure you and baby are as safe and comfortable as possible.
