Established by world-renowned Grandmaster Jim Fung in 1973, the International Wing Chun Academy offers practical self-defence training to people of all ages and genders.

Through the logical and scientific approach of our Wing Chun system, you will learn a fast and effective way to defend yourself without relying on physical size or strength.

While many Wing Chun schools preoccupy themselves with forms and traditional rituals, our training focuses on practical application and realistic self-defence. Our classes cover relevant topics such as close-range combat, multiple attackers, weapon defence, and ground defence.

All of our 60 and 90-minute classes feature our popular 'Wing Chun Workout'(TM), which we've designed to supercharge your fitness, strength and conditioning while practising the core movements of our Wing Chun system.

We have Wing Chun schools around Greater Sydney, including Sydney CBD, Burwood, Chatswood, Epping, Liverpool, Maroubra, Oatlands and Penrith.
