Hi, I’m Shreen, and I’m a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach based in Coogee. If you’re a mum who wants to feel their best, get fit, have fun and meet like-minded mums; then the Be You Be Free outdoor fitness groups for mums in Coogee is the perfect place for you!

I have created an exercise and wellness program that is designed for mums to get fit, feel their best and learn about health and wellness for the whole family. I promise you that these group classes are the most fun you’ll ever have while exercising. I don’t believe in punishing your body; exercise is about having fun, making friends and being social - all while getting the results you’re after. The Be You be Free group sessions will motivate and inspire you to be your best self.

I also provide a nanny service, so you can relax and exercise, while your baby is being cared for by an experienced nanny.

The Be You Be Free outdoor fitness groups for mums are not just about exercise, they offer a whole lot more. You’ll become part of a community of like-minded women and mums, who will support and motivate you along your journey to health and wellness

HOW THE SESSIONS WORK
A small, supportive group-setting with a max. of 10 mums
Onsite nanny and enclosed playground
Core strength exercises to help your pelvic floor recover and strengthen
A combination of strength, cardio, resistance, endurance and circuit workouts
Lots of fun!
New wellness practices and tips each week
Complementary take-home workouts and recipes
Coastal walks, running sessions and social catch ups
Ongoing email and phone support, and access to the Be You Be Free Facebook private members page
DAYS, TIMES & LOCATION
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10am
45-minute sessions
Baker Park, Coogee (next to the Coogee Diggers) with an enclosed playground for toddlers and older children.

First session FREE for all mums
$20 per session thereafter
$6 per child for the Nanny
