Well as an Exercise Physiologist I can help! I specialise in dealing with people with pain, movement limitations and people who want to get back to meaningful activities.

Both Sarah and Myself offer consultations where we get to know you, work together to figure out your meaningful goals. Then we assess you and develop a plan to help you reach your goals!

We will work with you in reaching purposeful lifestyle goals while keeping it real!
