Description

Hi, I'm Caroline, founder of Mind Body Sleep. I'm an Internationally Certified Infant and Child sleep consultant located on Sydney's Northern Beaches and a mother of four young children, I have also completed additional studies in child psychological development. Through my own experiences I understand the importance of sleep for both children and their parents. The early years of parenting can be exhausting. Daily demands are physically and emotionally draining. This can be made even more challenging if you have a child who doesn't sleep well. My mission is to educate and empower parents by looking at the context of their child's sleep issue and helping them find a solution so they can continue to support their child's sleep needs long into the future. Every family is unique and there is no one size fits all solution. I take great pride in working with families all over the world by using a holistic approach to customise solutions that best suits the family and helps everyone get the sleep they deserve.
