Offering Traditional Gojuryu Karate Seiwakai, Japan Karate Federation Gojukai and Elite Sports Karate at Clear Island Waters , Gold Coast PCYC.
Classes are tailored to suit student requirements including for Traditional classes... Disciplined Strength & Body Conditioning, basic & Kata Study to develop technique and movement, core strength and speed, Street Defense derived from Kata Study, Traditional Breathing and Flow Katas for general health and Core Strength ,Sparring & Pad Drills.

Our Elite Sports Karate includes High Intensity Training, Cardio, Agility and Plyometrics, Flexibility and explosive drills designed for high speed attacks and evasion for Competitive Elite Sports Karate with Champion National/International Coaches!

Suitable for all ages from children 5 years to adults 70 years.
Train on mats for to reduce the risk of injuries!
