The Woolner studio is just 3 km from the Darwin city centre (at 19 Bishop St., Woolner).

Palmerston classes are at Gray Hall, Essington Av., Gray.

Casuarina classes are at the Lyons Centre (25 Damabila Way, Lyons).

CONVENIENT TIMETABLE, & VIDEOS

Flametree has about 30 classes a week, in a 7 days a week timetable.

There are also yoga videos, & a teacher training programme.

YOGA THAT DELIVERS

The (Iyengar) yoga is taught in 5 levels, so it can be practised by any gender, age, shape, & level of flexibility.

All the teachers are long term yoga practitioners, with many years of specialist training.
