Im a Bowen Therapist and McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release Practitioner. I am interested in helping people overcome a wide variety of physical and emotional conditions so they can function at their very best. I treat each client as a whole being, listening to your issues and concerns before making an assessment of what kind of treatment will benefit you most.

Bowen Therapy is a holistic remedial technique that aims to treat the cause of joint pain, muscle issues, sports injuries, ongoing or intermittent pain. The technique involves gentle rolling movements over soft tissue in a very specific way, stimulating the connective tissue around muscles and successfully addressing the concerns presented.

The principal reason for choosing Bowen Therapy is the high rate of success in treating a wide range of presenting conditions. Often this success is achieved where other modalities have failed. In addition, as the treatment is non-invasive and doesn't employ the use of manipulation, it is suitable for infants and the elderly. Another feature of Bowen Therapy being holistic is that conditions other than those for which treatment has been sought are often resolved. Bowen can be used as a stand-alone treatment, or as a complementary therapy to existing chiropractic or physiotherapy programs.

MSTR is an innovative, pain-free, natural method of helping you with your scars, giving permanent results. After treatment the scar tissue will not revert to its former state. MSTR is a manual technique using finger-tip pressure to separate fibrous tissue around the scar, helping free trapped nerve endings, increasing lymph and blood flow, range of movement, elasticity, and reducing numbness and pain. You don't have to accept that your scar will never change. Results are generally felt immediately.

MSTR is suitable for post-surgical scars such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, C-Section, hysterectomy, appendix, gallbladder, joint replacement scars (knee, hip), burn scars, trauma wounds.
