Kids workshops are tailored to be a more fun & light-hearted session while still introducing the student's fundamentals of aerial yoga mindfulness and breathwork.

Expect a workshop of pure fun and mindfulness for your kids (7 years old to teens).
Aerial Yoga Perth will ensure your child's session starts in a safe fun environment with some breathwork and mindfulness exercises, group games, and partner acro warmup followed by aerial yoga and aerial hoop (lyra). The session will end with a cool-down stretch and guided relaxation to ground the kids before they get sent off back to their parents.
Bring your children into a space of awareness, creativity, strength, and tranquility. Featuring a different focus each time, these sessions will incorporate traditional yoga poses for kids that are specifically designed to enhance core strength, balance, concentration, and full-body coordination. Children will also use the aerial yoga hammock in various ways, including stretching, strengthening, tricks & resting. The instructors will also introduce an array of breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques for kids, which your children can incorporate into their daily lives as coping skills. No previous yoga experience is required. Classes are limited to 13 participants. Please get your children to bring long leggings, grippy soks, water, and a snack with them if the session is over 1 hour, as after about 1 hour we will have time for the kids to have a break. Please do not bring any jewelry or anything containing nuts or that is too messy. Build your childs development, mindfulness, and social/movement skills with us!
