GROUP TRAINING AT CENTENNIAL PARK: Surround yourself with like minded mums while getting fitter and healthier! Mums Fitness Co. Group Training sessions are suitable during pregnancy and from 6 – 8 weeks postpartum. Sessions include a mixture of HIIT, strength and cardio. We have an onsite to help out with your little ones. You are more than welcome to keep your baby/child close to you though if you prefer. Come along and let us teach you how to move safely and effectively! Our classes have women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels and are 100% judgment free. You’ll laugh, you’ll sweat, you’ll work hard and in no time you’ll be finished and feeling ready to face the world. It’s definitely more fun to work out together!
