GROUP TRAINING AT CENTENNIAL PARK: Surround yourself with like minded mums while getting fitter and healthier! Mums Fitness Co. Group Training sessions are suitable during pregnancy and from 6 – 8 weeks postpartum. Sessions include a mixture of HIIT, strength and cardio. We have an onsite to help out with your little ones. You are more than welcome to keep your baby/child close to you though if you prefer. Come along and let us teach you how to move safely and effectively! Our classes have women of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels and are 100% judgment free. You’ll laugh, you’ll sweat, you’ll work hard and in no time you’ll be finished and feeling ready to face the world. It’s definitely more fun to work out together!

HOLIDAY OPEN SESSIONS AND KINDY CLASSES Come and have a go at one of our holiday sessions at our purpose-built air conditioned centre. It is a fun circuit based session (mornings) and an open session (afternoons) of gymnastics, tumbling, trampolining and FreeG (Parkour) for anyone. Coaches are there to watch for safety, it is not a formal class. Running 13th to 31st Jan 2020 inclusive. Closed public holidays. It does not matter if you are an ex- gymnast or your first time at High Flyers, this session lets you try all disciplines. Monday to Friday (organised circuit activities in groups with coaches) 10-12pm 4-12yrs $20 each Monday to Friday (open session, whole gym free play, coaches there for supervision for safety only) 12.30-2.30pm 4-12yrs $20 each Must book 24 hrs in advance, as limited numbers. Classes for all recreational athletes will be recommencing from 13th January 2020 through to 13th Dec 2020. If you want to try out a kindy class, (9-10am weekdays) please ring reception to book a trial. Must be pre booked, do not need to be a member of High Flyers. Why not stay all day for both open sessions and High Flyers will provide lunch for an extra $10.
