Traditional Chinese Martial Arts classes for the whole family. Wushu/ Kung Fu, Taiji (Tai Chi) Xing Yi. Convenient location beautiful traditional training facilities with loads of parking space. We teach a large variety of weapons in our syllabus.
Kung Fu is a traditional martial Arts originating from China. We teach practical moves for defence or attack. Although today we predominantly learn martial arts for health and wellbeing the origins and moves are fierce and powerful.
Tai Chi is known as an internal martial art and was known for being invincible during the early 1900s. There are many different family styles of Taijiquan (TaiChi), we focus on the Yang Family lineage and are guided and taught by the leading traditional Family in China. We focus on teaching the 85 or long form (8,13,24,28,30,37,51....)
