KIDS YOGA
Little Souls, our kid's yoga program has been designed to equip children with the essential tools for managing life's inevitable stressors. By introducing healthy coping mechanisms through yoga, breath and mindfulness practices, we aim to establish positive patterns that will significantly impact how the child responds to the world.

Our 8-week program is delivered in a fun, explorative and compassionate environment that encourages kids to learn emotional regulation and build greater resilience.

By integrating yoga and mindfulness practice's early in a childs development, as a parent, youre making a conscious choice to lay a strong foundation for lifelong health and well-being for your child. Through consistent practice, children develop better focus, reduced anxiety, improved capacity for handling stress, greater emotional regulation and intelligence and improved physical well-being.
