Sleep and Dream Babies are here to help you with sleep or settling issues you may have with your baby, toddler or preschool aged child.
We work with newborns to children aged 4 years. For newborn babies aged 3-14 weeks we look at sleep, settling, feeding, environment, awake times, developmental expectations, how to juggle your routine, self care and safe sleep practices.
For babies from 4 months to 4 years we take a holistic approach taking in to account your individual family and develop a custom plan to help you achieve your sleep goal.
We offer a variety of packages from phone calls, to phone/email, and zoom packages to in-home visits.
Supportive, passionate and caring with many years of experience working with babies and young children, Karen your consultant has a degree in Early Childhood Education and an internationally recognised certification as an Infant and Child Sleep Consultant. Karen's training uses evidence based practices looking at the science behind sleep.
Karen offers gentle solutions and custom support to suit your individual needs, your child's temperament and your parenting style. Working with you supporting and guiding you to help you reach your goal. Our aim is to leave you with the information, skills and techniques to confidently help your child get the sleep they need.
