Welcome, I'm Shelly a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse-Psychotherapist who specializes in Family Mental Health & Mum Burnout.
From hands-on experience, I know that a healthy mind comes from our inner experiences since we cannot control anything or anyone outside of us, and this includes our children. I feel strongly about transformational change and that real change happens from the inside out. Motherhood is an adjustment of our inner selves, a rediscovery of our own identity, and a newfound expression of what now is. Through the combination of science-based and soul-led practice, we use your individual and unique blocks to show you the way to heal and transition throughout motherhood, at whatever stage you are at. A holistic approach to your unique healing journey will include therapeutic modalities embedded with coaching strategies so that you will always have the tools and inner knowing to live the life you really desire, so you can feel confident in the way you choose to parent and be, as a woman.
