Seven Hills Gymnastics Club is run by our generous committee of volunteers and committed, accredited coaches. We are recognised by Gymnastics Australia and compete in local competitions as well as Metropolitan and State Championships. Our club is a tight-knit community that falls under the association of Seven Hills Community Youth Sports Club.

We hold a number of fun social events and friendly competitions throughout the year such as holiday gymnastics clinics and display days where members from each section create a performance of their skill and talent. Being part of a Youth Club also provides members with great opportunities such as participating in fundraisers and end of year discos and fun days!

Our Kinder Gym program is for boys and girls aged 18 months to 5 years. Children develop basic gymnastics skills and enhance their gross motor capabilities in a supportive environment. Kinder gym is great for young children to develop aerial awareness and confidence on their feet, with the encouragement and participation of parents and caregivers in the activities. The 1 hour session is a great way for your little gymnast to engage in a creative experience and problem solve in a physical way while being in a social setting with children the same age. Our program will provide young children with co-ordination and self-confidence through games, music, circuits and group activities.

Our recreational gymnastics program is for boys and girls aged 5 years and above. 1 and 2 hour classes are available for children of all skill level. Recreational classes teach foundational skills across vault, bars, beam and floor. Our programs are fun and engaging, and are taught through games and circuits. Children will learn fundamental gymnastics skills such as balance, strength and flexibility.

Friday night classes start at 5pm. All gymnasts must start in this class in order to progress further.
