Established in 2004, Pole Athletica is Sydney's original pole fitness and dance studio. Our PoleFit and Enhancement courses will help you look good and feel great all while having a tonne of fun! With as little as a one hour lesson per week, not only will your fitness levels improve but you'll feel stronger, more flexible and confident. Our expert instructors are passionate about what they do and they'll have you spinning and climbing in no time at all.

If you think you're too old or not strong enough to start, think again! There are no limits at Pole Athletica.
