Hi, I'm Jennifer, My Newborns Baby Sleep Consultant. I'm a Professionally Trained Maternity and Child Sleep Consultant, Maternity Nurse, Birth & Post-Natal Doula, and career Nanny. I have over 17 years experience of dispensing baby sleep dust to families all over the world.

I have trialled and studied all the major sleep training methods to formulate my own gentle, systematic sleep and support program that has an extremely high success rate.

Not every family has the same idea around how they choose to parent and no two babies are the same, therefore each sleep program is personalised based on your baby's history, health, personality, temperament, habits, stage of development, as well as the parenting philosophy you wish to maintain. I prefer to use gentle/reassuring settling techniques as I believe that when we teach children how to sleep independently, the parents should be there, guiding them through those big changes. My programs are holistic and come with three weeks of guided, personalised support to help you reach your sleeping goals.
I have been very fortunate and travelled to 52 countries helping families from all different walks of life get their sanity back and teach their little ones how to STTN!

I have an extremely rewarding (and sometimes very challenging) career but my greatest motivation is knowing that I can help babies at the most important time in their lives by offering them the essential tools for mind and body development sleep! Not to mention helping the sleep-deprived parents too.
