Live 2 Be Well offers a holistic approach to health, fitness and total well-being through our exercise physiology services. Our consultants are university trained and accredited with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). We are qualified to to provide individualised exercise programs for people of every age and stage, including musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and awesome personal training.

Our managing director Sandy Sher is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist with 20 years of experience working in both the health and fitness industry & occupational rehabilitation. She has seen a variety of clientele including those with musculo-skeletal injuries, chronic diseases, and mental health conditions. She has worked both in a clinical and corporate setting and is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing.

Live 2 Be Well’s consultants operate from our studio here in Randwick. We are also a mobile business with the capacity to work in gyms, parks, or client’s homes around the Eastern Suburbs and the Sydney CBD.

We are registered as a provider with the following agencies, allowing rebates to be claimed though:

- Workers Compensation
- NDIS
- Department of Veterans Affairs
- Most private health care funds
