Want to rebuild strength in a safe but fun way?

Have older children too? This is a family friendly and supportive environment so bring them along.

Make friends with other local mums as we meet up after class as well. No extra time after class, don't sweat it. This is a purely optional bonus.

Kangatraining Randwick, Bondi & Surrounds is the ultimate postnatal fitness class where bub is part of the action. Each class includes a warm up, core strengthening floor exercises, leg and arm strength training and dance-cardio.

New to baby wearing? Don't have a carrier? I have extra carriers available and will fit it specifically for you and your bub.

Registrations essential.

You must be 6 weeks post vaginal or 12 weeks post cesarean delivery to participate
