Description

Hi! I'm Kiara. I am an accredited counsellor providing compassionate, non-judgmental support for children, teens and young adults (up to 30 years old). Counselling sessions at Growing Hope Counselling will help you to navigate any life challenge in your own way to empower you to find your own answers and ideas. Together with my support you will be encouraged to develop new skills, make positive changes, and enhance your sense of self. From this support you will find hope, create strong foundations for your future years, and build your capacity to cope with more confidence and self-belief.

I prioritise working holistically as I understand and value that as humans we do not exist in this world alone, nor do we experience things in isolation from other stressors or people in our environment. I will focus your support on what's important to you and will ensure all sessions are tailored to meet your needs.

When receiving support you will be greeted with warmth, genuineness, and acceptance for who you are, what you are experiencing, and who you want to be. From this support it is hoped that you will be able to return to pursuing your dreams feeling hopeful for the future and can live with increased compassion for yourself.

Session provided can include individual sessions, play therapy, parent support, and family sessions.
