Our Kids BJJ Program aims to help your child learn the fundamentals of BJJ in a fun, safe and structured environment. Guided by qualified school Psychologist and BJJ Black Belt, Paul Mystakidis, this program is designed to help your child build strong interpersonal relationships, become confident and self assured, learn a practical skill set, and have a blast whilst doing so! by highly qualified, experienced ,PASSIONATE and insured instructors.

Due to our program being so popular we have now added another location to our timetable - PCYC Rockdale. Memberships give access to both sites to our members. And yes we accept active kids vouchers!

Through the development of a new skill students will:
- Rapidly Improve confidence.
- Overcome 'shyness'
- Develop increased fine motor skills and coordination
- Burn off energy
Tailored Games:
We offer tailored games to ensure your child learns the key concepts and applications of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, whilst having fun and making new friends in the process!

These games also help with the development of their fine motor skills which ideal for development



Fundamentals:
Besides the fun of training, the games we will teach your child will help them develop their fundamentals in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (one of the most practical forms of martial arts in the world). In their classes they will learn the essentials of grappling to help form a strong foundation in martial arts and self defence.

Respect:
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches children about discipline and respect which will ensure they are active role models in society. It does this by teaching complex skills through traditional martial arts practices. These skills will follow them throughout their lives.
