That is over 35 Postnatal Fitness, Strength, Yoga, Barre and Meditation Videos that you can do from the comfort of your living room for a once-off download price. All the workouts are 15 -20 minutes and require little or no equipment.
The Fit Mummy Project Guide contains two guides – the Exercise Guide and Nourish Guide.

Together they will help you to create a beautiful, fit and strong body and a happy and healthy Mum life. Both the App and the Guides are available at my website and the Apple App Store.
