As a mum, you worry about your kids health and about their eating. Your kids may have specific illnesses, such as asthma, allergies, digestive problems, skin problems, or it may be that they seem to have a cold or flu almost constantly. Often you don't realise how different symptoms are related and indicate an underlying health issue that can be improved with a change in nutrition or with nutritional supplements.

Kids are also often very fussy eaters. And when you are already stressed and tired at dinner time, worrying about your kids not eating all the healthy stuff, might make you nag, barter, or cajole to get them to eat their dinner. Making meal times stressful for everyone at the table.

I help busy mums worry less about their kids health and their kids eating by providing easy to apply strategies for tweaking normal meals to make them healthier and nice to eat. Making you more relaxed, and consequently the whole family more relaxed at meal times.

I help kids with Autism with nutrition strategies that help calm their emotions and make their behaviours more manageable. Diet changes for children with Down Syndrome improve their overall health and reduce the risk of illnesses such as type II Diabetes.

I also help mums who feel tired, run-down and/or have specific health concerns themselves (such as endometriosis) with nutritional strategies that improve their health. When your health improves you have more energy, are better able to handle the stresses life throws at you and be more present with your children.
