I will ask you questions in such a way that enables you to see things in a new perspective and really expand on what it is that you would prefer. We may take time to learn more about your concerns or we may jump right in and work together so you feel empowered to make the changes you desire. You get to decide.
Even if you are not sure what that looks like right now, we will work together at your pace, until you are able to or want to take small steps in the direction you would like to go to enhance your life.
