Flourish Yoga offers prenatal, postnatal and kids yoga classes.
Our prenatal classes are designed to relieve the discomforts of pregnancy, quieten your mind, improve your sleep, nuture your body and prepare you for labour. Classes run 3 times per week (Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturday afternoons).
Our postnatal (Mums n Bubs) yoga classes are for mums to mums to practise yoga in a baby-friendly space where babies are allowed to be babies. You're welcome to feed your baby, cuddle or

change nappies at any time. These classes include flowing yoga, with a focus on rebuilding core strength. We often finish with either some songs for the babies or a short baby massage sequence.
Our Mums n Bubs yoga classes are for mums who are at least 6 weeks postpartum (or 8 weeks if you had a C-section).
Our kids classes are for kids aged 5-11 years and are held after school on Wednesdays.
