I wanted to help them find ways to deal with the pressure of bullying at school and give them an outlet where they could channel their inner frustrations through the fundamentals, principles & techniques of Martial Arts training. We are a non competitive martial arts studio teaching children and adults from age 5 upwards. We teach kickboxing basics, jujutsu and aikido. Classes are dynamic with lots of exercise and coordination activities. These are great general classes for martial arts, fitness and well being.
