BUBFIT

Bondi Beach's only prenatal, postnatal and Mums n Bubs fitness program offering Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Boxing, Cardio Sculpt, Pramfit and our signature Aquabubs classes.

Classes are held in our state of the art studio in the heart of Bondi Beach or in our heated indoor pool within the Speedo Swim Centre. We also run our Pramfit classes outdoors opposite the iconic Bondi Beach.

We run several classes each week offering a variety of exercise options to cater for both prenatal and postnatal clients. We have classes suitable for absolute beginners right up to advanced fitness levels.

Our studio is easily accessible with a pram. During classes, babies can remain in their prams or play beside you. There is no age or mobility restriction for children in our classes. Toddlers also welcome.
