Boxing For Kids offers the $100 Active Kids Rebate.

Learn Boxing in a safe, controlled and energised environment where you’ll participate in age based classes run by qualified coach and amateur boxer, Rob Webb.

Rob is a softly spoken yet inspiring coach who gets the best out of all his students. Rob is WWCC approved.

He will show your kids the basics of boxing and help your kids develop good technique, fitness, core strength, focus, balance and posture.

Our classes are NON CONTACT so there is never any chance of injury.

We learn footwork, stamina, flexibility, fitness, strength, focus and how to do a proper punch. We use hand held focus pads, punch shields, skipping ropes and agility ladders which all help to get the best out of our training.

Rob’s classes are fun and energised where safety takes the highest priority.

First class is always FREE so come along and have a go. You will be surprised how much fun you can have getting fit!

You won’t need gloves but you will need to wear sneakers.

Cost: After the free trial the classes are from $20 per class

What to wear: Sports clothes and sneakers (tee shirts, shorts, track pants, whatever is comfortable)

What to expect: An introduction to the fundamentals of Boxing – fitness drills, stretching, focus, how to move, foot work, posture, partner work, pad work, skipping, movement drills.

WHERE: West Lindfield Community Hall on Bradfield Road, opposite the Lawnmower Shop
WHEN: Wednesday nights
TIME: from 5pm (age based classes)
COST: First Class is FREE!
