Working intuitively with Reiki, ThetaHealing, and Holistic Counselling as a means of both facilitating your healing journey and connecting you to your higher guidance, we will focus on core belief work, inner child healing, shadow integration, boundaries practice, conscious communication, self-compassion, understanding and expressing feelings, unhealthy and dysfunctional patterns, and ailments and disease, to help you heal and align with your most authentic self.
